CBAI Launches New On-Line Registration System

On May 1, CBAI launched a new on-line registration system for its education and special events programs. This easy-to-use registration option allows community bankers to go to CBAI’s website and quickly sign up for education events, live or webinar, as well as CBAI’s Annual Group Meetings. After completing the on-line form, the registration is confirmed via e-mail, including program details, directions to the event, and a printable invoice or credit card receipt.

To register on-line, simply visit On the front page of the website, clicking “Register On-Line” takes you to a page that shows a Calendar of Events with events posted in date order. When you click on the program you are interested in attending, you will uncover options including View Brochure pdf, Register Now, and a Mapquest map to the event location.

If you have registered for a CBAI education program since January 1, 2014, you will be informed via e-mail that an on-line account has already been created for you, with a username and temporary password. You will just need to go into the on-line registration system and personalize your password. For first-time users, clicking on Register Now will take you to a page where you can create an account by setting up a username and password. It is recommended, but not required, that you use your e-mail address for your username. Once your account is created, you will be able to simply login each time you wish to register in the future and your bank information will be automatically pre-filled for you.

Upon completion of your registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with the program name in the subject line from This e-mail will not only confirm your registration, but also include program information such as start time, end time, and dress code. A link to Mapquest directions is also included in the e-mail confirmation. Plus, depending on how you chose to pay for the event, you will receive a printable invoice or credit card receipt for your purchase!

Other registration options, including faxing or mailing a registration form and calling in a registration are still available; however, an e-mail address is required to complete all registrations. As with registering on-line, you will now receive an e-mail confirmation and payment invoice or receipt regardless of the registration option you choose.
