Job Summary
Woodford County based community bank seeking a Branch Manager, where you will lead a vibrant branch to deliver exceptional financial services and foster strong customer relationships. Duties
  • Lead and manage all branch operations, including staff supervision, customer service, and financial transactions such as cash handling, debits & credits, and cash management.
  • Drive sales initiatives by actively engaging in financial sales, upselling banking products, and promoting loan origination and mortgage servicing opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and fraud prevention protocols.
  • Develop strong customer relationships through relationship management strategies, providing personalized financial solutions to meet client needs.
  • Oversee loan processing and underwriting activities to ensure accurate and timely loan origination while adhering to bank policies and regulatory standards.
  • Foster a positive team environment by providing leadership, coaching, and management support to staff members to enhance their skills and performance.

Skills
  • Proven experience in banking or financial services with a focus on sales management and customer relationship management.
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations including Bank Secrecy Act (BSA, fraud prevention & detection practices.
  • Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and motivating staff toward achieving branch goals.
  • Competency in using financial software for loan origination, mortgage servicing, underwriting, and general banking operations.
  • Skilled in cash handling procedures such as debits & credits, cash management.
  • Effective communication skills for engaging customers and collaborating with team members across various functions.
