In an interview with Matt Lauer, co-host of THE TODAY SHOW, Simon Johnson, professor at MIT Sloan School of Business and author of the book 13 Bankers , Wall Street Takeover, Next Financial Meltdown, recounts how the Obama administration met with and agreed to bailout the nation’s largest banks. He explains the social and financial threats of monopoly banking and states the only way to reduce the threat of another future financial meltdown is to make the “too-big-to fail” banks smaller.
