Avoiding a Check Ordering Mistake

According to the USPS, about 14% of American’s change their address every year. Not surprisingly, a customer change of address is the primary reason for check reprints. Harland Clarke customer service advises that its good practice to verify the address even if the customer initially states that, “nothing has changed.” In order to ensure that your customers receive their check reorders in a timely fashion, make sure you verify the address on every check order.This tip submitted by:
