Make Your Credit Card the Card of Choice

Customers are using plastic more than ever -- charging everything from fast food to monthly bills in order to collect reward points. Periodically review the credit lines of your bank's credit-card customers to ensure that your card will remain their card of choice. Customers who perceive that they may bump up against their credit lines will choose another plastic to use regularly, sending your bank's card farther back into their billfold. Keep in mind that getting your bank's credit card into your customers' billfold is only half of the battle.
