Clint Squier
First Community Bank and Trust, Beecher
Clint Squier is assistant vice president of finance at First Community Bank and Trust, Beecher. His finance duties include coordinating audit and examination visits, bond portfolio management, asset/liability management and risk analysis. As a registered representative, he carries a securities license that allows him to manage private investor wealth for bank customers. Squier has a bachelorís degree from Illinois Wesleyan University, Normal, and a masterís degree from Governorís State University, University Park.

Julie Jordal
American National Bank of DeKalb County, Sycamore
Julie Jordal is Vice President with the American Midwest Bank. Responsibilities include overseeing bookkeeping operations for the bank as well as serving as co-branch manager of the downtown Sycamore location. Jordal has an associates degree from Kishwaukee College, has been a member of the Young Professionals of Sycamore since 2006, serving as chair of the organization from 2009-2010. In 2011, Jordal became involved in YPS Impact, a leadership academy through the Sycamore Chamber. Jordal has also been a member of the Career Development Division since 2008 joining the board in 2011 as the Group 3 Director.

Tracy Downs
German-American State Bank, German Valley
Tracy Downs is vice president of compliance, human resources and training at German American State Bank. She has been in banking for 13 years, 10 with German American State Bank. Downs oversees the bankís compliance and marketing programs, participates on ALCO and the executive committees, and handles staff recruitment and development. She has a bachelorís degree from Loras College, Dubuque, Iowa in finance. Downs is a member of the German Valley Lions Club. She is married with three children.

Kristen Eustis
First Federal Savings Bank, Ottawa
Kristen Eustis is assistant vice president of operations at First Federal Savings Bank in Ottawa. As assistant vice president of operations, Eustis is the BSA/AML officer, security officer and handles the compliance and legal issues dealing with the savings side of the bank. She has been with the bank for 15 years. Eustis received an associateís degree in art from Illinois Valley Community College, Oglesby and a bachelorís degree in journalism from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. She is a board member of the Downtown Beautification Committee, treasurer of the LaSalle Business Association, and volunteers for Alternatives for the Older Adult.

Kim McKee
North Central Bank, Ladd
Kim McKee is Vice President/Branch Manager/loan officer at North Central Bank, Ladd. Her responsibilities include lending (residential, consumer) and director of marketing. She is also a part of numerous internal banking committees (executive management team, risk management, loan committee, ALCO, advisory board, security officer, and scholarship coordinator). McKee has a bachelor's degree in Economics from Illinois State University, Normal. She is also a graduate of CBAI's Community Bankers School and a 2012 Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin. McKee is an affiliate member of Illini Valley Association of Realtors, board member of Project Success of Eastern Bureau County (food pantry), vice-president of the Ladd Community Improvement Association, second grade Junior Achievement teacher at Ladd Grade School, coach for local youth softball league, and volunteer for local Red Cross.

Ben Drebes
Farmers National Bank, Griggsville
BBen Drebes is agricultural loan officer at the Farmers National Bank, Griggsville. Drebes has an associateís degree from John Wood Community College, Quincy, and a bachelorís degree from Western Illinois University, Macomb, in ag-science. He is co-president and treasurer of the John Wood Ag Alumni. Drebes also serves on the John Wood Community College Pittsfield Advisory Board and the John Wood Community College Ag Advisory Board. While still active on the family farm, Drebes also owns his own register Angus cow herd.

Joe Conroy, CCL
First Farmers State Bank, Minier
Joe Conroy is an assistant vice president with First Farmers State Bank. He has a bachelorís degree from the University of Illinois in agri-finance and is a graduate of CBAIís Community Bankers School. He has earned the Certified Community Lender designation and is the vice chairman of the Tazewell County Farm Bureau Young Leader committee. Conroy is a licensed crop insurance agent and also helps his father and grandfather farm near Minonk.

Karrie Herzog
Shelby County State Bank, Shelbyville
Karrie Herzog is loan processor and vice president at Shelby County State Bank, Shelbyville. She has been with the Shelby County State Bank for 22 years and processes all consumer and residential real estate documents. Herzog attended Sparks Business College and is a graduate of CBAIís Community Bankers School. She is a member of the Okaw Valley Booster Club Fundraising Committee. She also assists with the Sullivan Okaw Valley Track Team and the Shelby County State Bank Relay for Life Team.

Amy Logsdon

Amy Logsdon is vice president of operations at National Bank of Petersburg. She has been with the bank for 16 years and currently her responsibilities include overseeing the data processing department, compliance, audit and examination, risk management, and bond portfolio management. Logsdon has a bachelorís degree in Accounting from Illinois College, Jacksonville, and is a graduate of CBAIís Community Bankers School and served on the school subcommittee. Logsdon currently serves on CBAIís Women in Banking Subcommittee. She is the Market Day Chair for PORTA Schools, serves on the board of the Menard County University Women, and is a member of the fundraising committee for the newly formed Petersburg Junior Football League.

Dax Garrison
Community Trust Bank, Irvington
Dax Garrison is chief lending officer at Community Trust Bank, headquartered in Irvington. In his six-year tenure, Garrison has been responsible for management of the loan portfolio, including being charged with growth, and is also responsible for compliance within the department. He has a bachelorís degree from Webster University in St. Louis. Garrison remains active in his community, with his main focus being as president of the G. Scott Jones Memorial Scholarship Committee, which awards a scholarship annually to a Centralia High School graduate.

Carla Nicholson is Vice President at Flora Bank & Trust in Flora, IL. Carla has been with Flora Bank & Trust for 20 years and is currently Compliance Officer , BSA Officer and oversees all of the banks operations department. Nicholson is a graduate of the Midwest School for Community Bankers and has an Associate Degree in Arts & Science . Nicholson is also an active participant of the Flora Academic Foundation.

Ryan Beckemeyer is a credit analyst at Legence Bank, headquartered in Eldorado, Illinois. His responsibilities include agricultural and commercial lending, underwriting, and risk analysis. Ryanís area of lending specialization is in government guaranteed loans (USDA B & I, FSA, & SBA). He has a bachelorís degree in finance from Southern Illinois University Ė Carbondale and further continues his education by completing programs such as the agricultural lending institute at California State University Ė Fresno.
